Once added, IC charge funds cannot be refunded. To receive a refund for IC charge funds, please cancel your membership at an appropriate station. Any remaining IC charge funds will be returned when your membership is cancelled.
Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System
The Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System allows customers to purchase tickets for Limited Express trains online from a PC or smartphone by specifying specific Limited Express train seats.
No membership fees or annual fees apply.
Membership
Confirm that the registered e-mail address is correct from the “Registration Information Inquiry” menu under Member Information. If you have configured any e-mail rejection settings, change the settings to allow delivery of e-mails from “club@nankai.co.jp”, and submit your registration request using the “Resend Provisional Registration E-mail Request” form.
Enter your “ID number” and “password” for the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System. Click here if you have forgotten your ID number or password.
Click here if you have forgotten your ID number or password. The ID number will be sent to the registered e-mail address. The password will need to be reset by the user.
Purchasing Limited Express tickets
Limited Express tickets can be purchased two ways using the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System.
(1)Purchasing after registering as a member
Users may purchase tickets using either IC charge funds or a credit card after entering their personal information for member registration.
Points are awarded to registered members according to the ticket purchase price.
(2)Purchasing without registering as a member
Users may purchase tickets by entering their personal information and credit card information.
This service can be used from any device, including smartphones, that supports the Internet environment specified by Nankai Electric Railway.

Registered members can purchase tickets using IC charge funds, a credit card, or points.
To purchase Limited Express tickets without registering as a member, users must enter their name, date of birth, e-mail address, and credit card information. Please note that personal information cannot be changed after purchasing a Limited Express ticket. Verify that your e-mail address is correct.
The e-mail address registered when purchasing the ticket may have been incorrect, or e-mail rejection settings may have been configured. Please note that the “Limited Express ticket purchase confirmation e-mail” sent when the ticket was originally purchasing cannot be re-sent.
IC charge funds generally do not expire. However, failing to log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System at least once a year will result in membership being revoked, after which the IC charge will become invalid.
No, credit cards and points cannot be used as cash funds. Only cash can be used for accumulation funds.
Up to 20,000 yen can be added as IC charge funds. Note that no more than 10,000 yen (in 10-yen units) can be added at any given time.
Log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System, and access the “Member Information Inquiry” menu. The IC charge balance can be viewed from this menu.
IC charge funds can be added from any ticket vending machine offering commuter passes (pink ticket vending machines) or from a designated station ticket window.
Limited Express tickets cannot be reserved. The Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System is for purchasing tickets only.
Tickets can be purchased as early as 10:00 a.m. one month before the boarding date, and at least three minutes before departure from the boarding station. Tickets can be purchased between 3:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
Registered members can purchase tickets for up to 20 trains at once, with up to 8 seats per train. Non-members can purchase tickets only for up to 8 seats on a single train.
The Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System can only be used by individuals who will be riding the train.
Purchase can only be canceled with a refund, which incurs a refund fee.
Please prepare a separate device that can be used to confirm the Limited Express ticket information, or purchase a separate ticket to board the train.
Registered members can log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System and request a refund from the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase Information Inquiry” menu. From there, select the Limited Express ticket to be refunded, and follow the refund procedure. The ticket amount minus the refund fee will be refunded through the payment method used when purchasing. However, any points used for the purchase will not be refunded.
Non-members can log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System and request a refund from the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase / Inquiry (non-member)” menu. From there, follow the refund procedure on the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase Information Inquiry” screen. The ticket amount minus the refund fee will be refunded to the registered credit card.
Registered members can log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System and select additional Limited Express tickets to purchase from the “Limited Express Ticket” menu. When purchasing additional Limited Express tickets, users can select “Random Seat Purchase” to purchase a ticket for any seat on the train, or “Seat Selection” to specify a desired seat. Tickets for up to 8 seats in total (including any previously purchased tickets) can be purchased so long as the process is completed at least 3 minutes before the applicable train is scheduled to depart the boarding station. However, the boarding date, train, and payment method cannot be changed.
Non-members cannot purchase additional seats for a previously purchased ticket. Please purchase separate tickets using the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System or some other means.
Tickets can be canceled for multiple seats all at once or for individual seats regardless of membership registration. Please note that the refund fee will apply for each canceled seat ticket. In addition, tickets cannot be canceled if only tickets for child seats will remain.
Tickets can be changed up to two times.
The refund was posted to the credit card account, but the refund was not accepted by the credit card company. Please visit a designated station ticket window for assistance. The refund will be paid in cash.
Registered members can choose to receive confirmation e-mails from the “Registration Information Inquiry” screen by selecting “Yes” under “Receive notifications of Limited Express ticket purchase, changes, or refunds”.
Non-members will always receive an e-mail with the Limited Express ticket purchase information after purchasing a Limited Express ticket. The e-mail will be sent to the address provided when purchasing the tickets.
Registered members can log in to the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System and confirm previous purchases from the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase Information Inquiry” menu. Non-members can confirm purchases by submitting a Limited Express ticket purchase information inquiry from the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase Information Inquiry” menu on the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase / Inquiry (non-member)” page.
Electronic receipts are stored under “Limited Express Ticket Purchase History Information Inquiry” for registered members and “Limited Express Ticket Purchase Information Inquiry” for non-members. This form is available as an electronic document only. Even when printed, the form will not bear any official seal.
Confirm beforehand whether this form meets the requirements for settlement of expenses.
Please bring a device that can be used to confirm the purchase information to a station ticket window.
Point services
Registered members of the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System are awarded points equal to 3% of the ticket purchase price when boarding a train using a Limited Express ticket purchased online. Points can be used when purchasing Limited Express tickets online. Points must be used in units of 10, with each point equal to 1 yen. Special points will also be awarded according to the total amount of IC charge funds added and credit card payments submitted throughout the month.
Points will be awarded on the second day of the following month from the boarding date.
The point service is only available to registered members. No points are awarded to non-members.
Special points are awarded according to the amount of purchases within a given month.
Limited Express tickets that were purchased in full using points cannot be canceled. However, Limited Express tickets that were purchased using a combination of points and IC charge funds or a credit card can be canceled, but points cannot be refunded.

Members are permitted to have up to 99,999 points. For example, members with 99,980 points who are awarded 30 additional points will only have a total of 99,999 points.
