“Refunds for Limited Express tickets purchased online” can be requested by logging in and accessing the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase / Inquiry” page.
- The ticket amount minus the refund fee will be refunded so long as the request is submitted at least 3 minutes before the applicable train is scheduled to depart the boarding station.
- If tickets for multiple seats have been purchased, refunds can be processed for individual seats. However, refund requests cannot be processed if the only remaining seat is a child seat.
- If tickets for multiple seats have been purchased and refunds are requested for more than one seat, the refund fee is applied for each individual seat.
