Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System Purchase Confirmation/Revision

Non-registered users are able to submit “Changes for Limited Express tickets purchased online” by accessing the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase / Inquiry page”.

  • Changes for purchased tickets may be submitted up to two times and up to 3 minutes before departure. However, the number of passengers cannot be changed.
  • Payment will be required for changes to tickets resulting in additional charges. Conversely, changes resulting in a reduced amount will be refunded.

1. Submit purchase information inquiry

To submit an inquiry, access the “Limited Express Ticket Purchase / Inquiry page” and enter the ticket number, e-mail address, and boarding date.

2. Review purchase information

Review the displayed purchase information, and press “Change” to submit any correction.

3. Enter information to be changed

Enter the revised boarding date/time or boarding area, and then tap “Search”.

4. Confirm change details

Review the information to be changed, and tap the “Change” button to confirm.
