Personal information collected via this website is used to create content that better allows customers to use Nankai Electric Railway services. The Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System obtains information from users to deliver content that is more appropriate for customers and to further improve the service.
2. Disclosure of personal information
Nankai Electric Railway does not disclose personal information. However, Nankai Electric Railway may disclose personal information when required by law or to protect the property of Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System. Moreover, collected statistical information may be disclosed for analysis of service usage trends, but only to the extent that identification of individuals is not possible.
3. Use of personal information for e-mail correspondences (direct mail purposes)
Providing that user permission has been obtained in advance, the Nankai Limited Express Ticketless Service System may users via e-mail regarding information related to various products and services that are or will be provided, and to provide information from advertisers.However, users who do not wish to receive such e-mails may indicate so when registering. Moreover, users who are registered to receive such e-mails may easily opt out. To change member registration information, the member ID number and password are required.
4. Consent to transmit personal information outside the European Economic Area
Please note that member information for users within the European Economic Area (hereinafter “EEA”) may be transmitted to countries outside the region.
Members located within the EEA shall agree to having their personal information transmitted to a country for which the European Commission has not determined the sufficiency of the protection of personal information and that may not have protective measures such as standard contract clauses in place.

Communications between members and Nankai Electric Railway are encrypted using DigiCert server IDs and SSL.
2. Management of personal information data
Nankai Electric Railway has taken multiple measures to prevent leakage of personal information, including the establishment of a firewall to prevent unauthorized access, and data scrambling. These functions and the data for registered personal information are managed by Nankai System Solutions Co., Ltd.
